I finally snagged my tattoo artist and he colored in my phoenix yesterday. Goddamn I am sore. He wants me back next week for one more session where he will touch up the outline and do a background color to make the bird pop. So no pics til then (unless you're stalking me on Twitter then you've already seen it). I forewarned my tattoo guy that I have more "projects" for him to do for me and that I wanted to start planning them next week.

Maintenance was supposed to be by today to fix our washer (which finally broke). Blondie has been in the bathroom all day because we haven't paid the pet fee yet ($300 worth of fee). Poor thing is so bummed out. If they're not here by 5, I'm letting her free til tomorrow.

One of John's friends from Avnet emailed John about a job opening at Avnet in the sales department. The hiring manager is someone John has worked under before. He is going to apply for it after he updates his resume. *IF* he gets the job, he goes back to the 9am-6pm Mon-Friday hrs and higher pay. Plus he gets to keep his 7 yr tenure at Avnet as well. We're kind of keeping our fringers crossed. We don't want to get our hopes up too much.
