My mom is visiting from Thatcher today. I'm not sure how long she is going to be staying on this side of town but she said that she'll be seeing me later on this afternoon.
We got denied cash assistance because John receives unemployment. I reread the paper because I had to call DES today because we thought they had thought I was making income when I haven't worked in 8 yrs. So because of John's unemployment we "make too much" for cash assistance for a family of 5. We had to ask his mom and brother to borrow money for rent. How awesome is that? On the plus side, we were all approved for medical and food stamps.
Still no word on my cosmetology license. Maybe I'll find out sometime this week. I am just so eager to work so John and I can get back on track with our plans of buying a house at the end of the year.
