So Monday night, the factory that backs up to my work burnt the fuck down. Not even 3 meters separated our buildings.
You can see my shop circled in the pic that was taken across the street from our place, and in the ariel shots ours is the building with the vacant patch of land next to us backing up to the destroyed building.
Was still smouldering Wednesday morning so they already brought in dozers to level parts of it to finally put out the last of it.
Funny thing is, the other industrial buildings next to it also, was subleased as shared work spaces, the coppers and fire brigade found a meth lab in there during the fires monday night, crazy times in our little street at work.
