Regarding "Some models were overlooked specifically for their Discords where they like to talk badly about SG as a brand + company, gossip, and be toxic, because they don’t think staff knows what they’re saying and put on a fake sweet face to us."
How much of what they say on their discords is legitimate complaints/issues that never appear to get addressed tho? I'm not looking to start a fight here, but we members do pay attention to things like when prices go up, but streaming is unavailable and unreliable, which seems frequent, and when sets get chosen for SOTD that seem very far off from the quality we've come to expect, and models we know submitting sets that sit in queue for ages, and what we don't get is much in the way of what's happening behind the scenes to address issues. I can understand to an extent that you don't want to highlight minor issues to protect brand integrity, and no reason to make a mountain out of a mole hill, but when we don't know if you're working on them, it can feel like they're just being ignored. What I'm saying is, ya'll could stand to be a bit more transparent. It would help curtail the gossip. And I don't feel like treating them as adversarial helps. You can love something and still have valid concerns.
And regarding bribing people with OF discounts or whatever, nobody seems to know what the rules were or how you want them to play the game, so feels like you're just punishing them for not reading your mind there. Are the girls not supposed to encourage their fans to nominate them? Was there someplace they were informed that sort of practice is frowned upon? Isn't the whole goal of this event to get more interactions, direct people to the site, and those things being ways to do that (and generally acceptable social media practices in this modern era), actually benefit the site? What is the issue there? How is it cheating when there isn't even a vote? If a discount to a girl's OnlyFans gets SG new subscribers, doesn't that translate to a bigger budget for these projects? The math isn't mathing. Why would you not want them engaging in that behavior if they do so of their own volition? SG is on OnlyFans, so you can't tell me ya'll hate OnlyFans. Be real right now.
Also, if there's girls who didn't stand a shot for being negative in private on their discord or trying to promote with their OF, you sort of owe it to them to let them know it's never gonna happen, rather then let them keep trying. Tell them straight so they can put their effort into something that's gonna pay off for them. SG makes money when folks subscribe to see their stuff, and they keep posting hoping to go pink one day. But if you have no intention of them ever getting there, that's fucking dirty. And you pretty much just stated you're doing them dirty. I am not a fan of that. If you wanna begrudge them having a criticism, you're no better, worse considering the power dynamic, if this is how you treating them. It's exploitative. And validates the complaints they may have.
In the spirit of not wanting to be overly critical, cause I can certainly understand you have a limited budget and you're doing your best, and I appreciate that, and I'm not trying to throw cold water on the girls who were chosen to go pink, and I don't have an issue with who you picked just how the proceedings went, I would like to offer you something.
I'm not a professional, but I can put together a passable ad or event announcement graphic next time you got an event you'd like to bring attention to. Seriously. I love SG, and if ya'll are struggling, I want to help. Something you can share to the various social accounts. I don't need to get paid, or even credited. I do it for love of the game. Really, I just want to lend a hand. If you're struggling, I'm happy to help. Might not be as good as the paid pros, but ya know, good enough to not make ya'll look cheap. Let me know. I'm always available.
