today, i have a picture for show and tell:
so i have had this thing long enough for it to burst under its own weight...
support group spotlight time: this is monumental for me... when my sister and i were little, we had our piggy banks confiscated for no good reason. damn parents. ever since then, we would never let our parents know if we came into any money. also, we would often spend it fast before they could find us out. emotions involving money can really fuck you over.
anyway, in the process of sorting/packing/moving, i have also found that i have several hundred dollars worth of change. i've mostly been saving them by denomination in separate containers. so i guess that means i'm over the childhood piggy bank debacle, or i'm overachieving/over compensating. in any case, i'm rich, you bitches!

I found my childhood piggy bank recently. Then my kid ripped it's tail off. So much for passed down my legacy.

no. i'm a superhero. (actually, i didn't realize you were referring to that. what you said just reminded me... but i guess that's as good as catching the reference, right?)
