yay for me because my girly is back from her work trip tonight. 
We haven't seen each other for a whole 5 days
which considering we have been living in each others back pockets for the last 2.5 years means a bit.
Went for another ride tonight after work and am completely rooted - and not in the good way. Ended up going up a track which heads to the hospital near by. Anyway, I remember the old man telling me that it gets steep in parts, and well yes ..... it gets steep. Had to stop and head back home - I am so unfit.
Anyhoo, I think that some sought of take away is on the cards tonight in honour of my girly's triumphant return.
