Ahhhhhh........

Ok, so all of you are probably DYING to know what I did. To be frank, all I did was eat, sleep, party, and drink. Although, it seems the trend in Monterrey now (if one has the money) is to buy a couple of ATV's and take them up to this incredibly picturesque, majestic palace of nature called La Huasteca (here) and ride them all day long. You have no idea how at peace that place makes you feel. As soon as you arrive, your body just surges with this refreshing aura of purity and you forget about everything else this shitty world has to offer. Places like these remind me of why there are still good people on this earth. Turns out people from all over the world come to climb the walls of this truly splendid place, and I can see why. The canyons there are mile-high and the atmosphere that the place holds is rejuvinating.
Anways, after riding around all day, we arrived at this little town called Laguna de Sanchez, where (you guessed it!) it's a big dried up lagoon where the earth is incredibly fertile, and they have rows and rows of apple and orange trees. During times of hard rain, the lagoon fills up, and people swim and fish there. We ate there and just layed around, absorbing everything the earth had to offer. I think that's really why people call Mexico a paradise. It really is.
So, I guess I ate, slept, drank, partied, and rode ATV's in this ethereal, splendid paradise. If you haven't gone......GO. You can stay at my place, and I'll take care of you, but GO. No option. No regret. Promise.
