Paleo Week #3.5 Update
Okay, I'm not going to bullshit you, I'm into this Paleo thing about 85%. I do indulge in chocolate every once in a while or if I go out, I'll have a burrito with a four tortilla and sour cream. But for the most part, I eat what I am intended to eat. I did have a bit of fun friday night with food choices. I had the burrito for lunch and then a pesto, basil, pine nut pizza at hard rock cafe for dinner, with 2 alcoholic beverages, and topped off with a double scoop of Kilwin's ice cream in a dark chocolate dipped cone. BUT I've been eating fucking healthy as hell otherwise.
I weighed myself Friday morning:
Wt: 160.8 (gained 1.4 lbs... all this week I've weihed this much. Really discouraging, but grateful that I didn't gain more bacl
Waist: 31 (same)
Hip: 39 (+2"... my starting measurement)
Before followed by after:

cheating is to be expected. My high school teacher once told me for every beer he drank he'd run a mile the next day. It's all how you handle it.

Two things I didn't mention that relate to the statistics from my school are that the NJ community pharmacist job market is oversaturated right now, plus I'm fairly certain that they ran the survey to get those numbers in March before many people had jobs secured. Historically community pharmacy has employed about 50% of each graduating class from my school. Now that the big three chains around here (Walgreens, CVS, and RiteAid) have stopped expanding and scaled back hiring quite a bit, fewer people are signing on with them so they're not employed or have gone elsewhere. Those numbers certainly aren't nice to see, but I imagine they're a lot better than people graduating from the university with bachelor's degrees in fields that aren't in demand right now.
