Paleo Week #2
So I have made it almost a whole week without bread/pasta/processed carbs and gluten! huzzah! for the most part, I eat an egg scramble for breakast (2-3 eggs with ham, peppers, and onions, maybe a sprinkle of shaved parmesan), then at work I eat 1/4 cup of nuts and dried cranberries and a cup of cherries/grapes with a Gatorade light, then for dinner I make something with lean beef/chicken/seafood and vegis. For dessert I've been having Edys Fruit Bars, gluten free choc chip cookies from FreshMarket (my splurge!) or bourban pecans.
I do feel a lot more clear-headed and proud of my body, though it doesn't look much different. I can't say I credit most of it towards no gluten as much as more fruits and proteins in my diet

Waist: 32"
Hips: 39" (-0.5")
Waist to Hip Ratio: 82 (ideally <80)
