Breakfast today?
So it's not totally a croque Monsieur but it's close. I think it's ok to ask for point for that, yeah?
cheese, ham, bread, butter, different cheese. It's really just a grilled cheese, salty and good. I would have added some citrus to it to cut through the base flavor but I didn't really have a hollandaise sauce at hand so I'll just have to dream.
Maybe I should have cut up a lemon and just appreciated the aroma while I ate.
I think tomorrow poached eggs are coming back.
