I have issues with omelets, I can never get the exterior right (see below) I'm just not proficient in that skill. Ideally it would be yellow and fluffy but I can't master that outcome. The interior however is solid. I like to cut up my veggies, saute them with a little butter, garlic and rosemary then add them to the egg casing. I didn't do that today though I was feeling lazy.
Some of the insides came out which makes it look a lot more attractive. I had some baguette for bread which sated yesterday's craving as well as highlighting today's breakfast All in all it tasted lovely even without cheese.
