Today I got tricky. Poached eggs were on the agenda and they came out just a bit overcooked but that's totally because i lost focus and wasn't sure weather to butter the English muffin first or take those suckers out of the water. In the end and with a little pepper it was just a darling morning meal that will last me late into the day when I start to muse about other food.
