The truth is I never left you. When you looked over your shoulder I was standing there, but you couldn't see me. You chose not to believe it was me, but you felt it in your heart. Somewhere buried deep within your chest there was a subtle hint and you knew. It's ok, I don't hold it against you. This isn't the first time I've been abandoned and it certainly won't be the last. haha, you couldn't even count the number of times someone has turned there back on me, cursed my name, or blamed me for the problems. I suppose it is my job to be the pincushion. In some way or another there is always some way to turn everything back on me. Like I said, I don't mind, I'm used to it. There is one thing you should know however, that is that I love you. Unconditionally and unequivocally I love you. No matter how horribly you abuse me, I will always be there for you and my arms will always be open. When so much time has passed that you even forget I exist! I will still be there, waiting for you. You and all the others. Someone should be because it seems that no one even cares anymore about the things that should matter. I will never forsake you and I will never condemn you. When you feel that you're falling and that the world is drifting out from beneath you, just breathe my name and I will catch you...
