so hi gang. I apologise for not updating in such a long time...
So ive been saving some pennies to buy a car Ive only just decided it is time to get my licence Other than the obligitory L's to get into the favorite watering holes and clubs that i frequent.
So in this quest for my metal chariot i have relised that i know absolutly nothing about the rituals one goes through in making this type of purchase.
I now know that i am a holden man and that there are very few 4 cylinder cars that will house my 6'5 frame comfortably, without doing the hightower move with the front seat.
So i go to a few places to browse, the first salesman i encountered had one of these strange safari hats on.
* pic does not exactly resemble salesman and may be one of my friends modelling a similar headpeice
and he tells me all sorts of crap, like - that car really matches your shirt (since when did lee perry and a holden astra match?? I would have picked him driving a bedford or an old VW.....
Got to run.
will continue update tomorrow.
catch ya later team

Yeah I'm in the same zone ... car dealer are all arsewanks, without exception.
The Mini Cooper and VW Beetle are both good for tall drivers. I'm 6'0" and had quite a few notches on the seat adjustment still to go, even after stretching it out heaps. The Beetle has telescoping steering column as well, which is great if you want the arms to stay relaxed on long drives. Heaps of headroom too.
