The diet part of 'project: stop being a fatass' is going weel, however the exercise isn't.
Worked out a couple of times, but overdid it friday- two days later and my abs hurt so much I can barely move. I can't laugh or cough or move much at all.
So that sucks, should really take it easy, but if it hurts it works, so they'll be more working out in a while.
Daren't even weigh myself again this week, will do it next week instead.
Should really stop procrastinating and actually get one with some work.
