Why is it that I should only have beliefs about the world that could, or necessarily do, include me?
It hinges on political correctness; such a fallacy is what is wrong with progressive philosophy, or rather, what affects it most negatively.
The case of elitism: most reject this belief because it could possibly not include them; after all "all men are created equal." How far from the truth we have been!
Why is this not possible? Truly, is it not possible that the world exists without you? Verily; why not see the world in a way that possibly, or necessarily, will not include you?
Who wants to have their pride bruised?
