So I tried to request starting school early out in Seattle but got turned down on account of there not being any classes I haven't tested out of in the summer semester... so it's looking like more of the same round these parts. Boo Hoo

I got a medusa pierced the other day - fun. Some more work on my sleeve too - one more sitting left! Tuesday i checking out some sketches for my chest piece and probably initiating some stuff for a new leg piece on my shin inspired by the amazing work Nick Baxter has been doing with his pixel theme. Hooray for new mods.

The Gem City Massacre (bike) race was sick; complete with a great party afterwards and lots of good people. Anybody down for the TwistedFuckingSister race in Raleigh, N.C? Finally getting my sleeve finished this week; Critical Mass is Friday, and I beleive I'll start my baker training this week at work. Looks like a good week.

I raced in my first messenger bike race today! That shit is crazy - just trying to huck it through the city for a couple hours without getting hit by cars. running stop signs and red lights, trying not to flatten pedestrians is a journey in itself. Fortunately, after the last hour riding through intense rain, much PBR was consumed.

Lame "protest" at the campus oval put on (unknowingly to us) by a bunch of church groups more interesting in taking pictures of each other than making any real difference.

Critical Mass is tons-o-fun. I'm getting the back of my thighs tattooed tomorrow!

Ho-ray. It's Earth Day Saturday! I'll most likely end up checking out an eco-retreat in southern Ohio complete with a potluck and live bluegrass. I wish Earth Day came every month like vegan Mexican night at my friends apartment or free pizza night at the Co-op market.

Sunday is carribean gone vegan time here at the casa. My awesome veggie friend is coming over to help dig in the most delectable foods. Jerk Lime Fajitas w/ Seitan, "buttery" cannabis plantains, and some other side dish... maybe some sweet potato fries or some garlicy greens. Still sick... not letting that get my daily 25 mile bike to work commute down though . Also, got me nostril pierced today (fun,fun) I need to set up some new tattoo appointments soon, I haven't been tattooed in about two months! This week should be hella fun once this shitty midwest crap weather goes away.
