why do we have to spend so bloody much?
I'm now broke - looking forward to after Xmas and getting more money, which I'll then have to start saving for next year!

Me neither. Christmas would be a much better holiday if we dumped all the present giving and just spent 2 weeks getting battered on booze and fatty food.
