I've lost 8 pounds. Whooopeee! God willing, saying it will not jinx it, but I don't think that it will, it's made me even more resolved. Woot!
I also finally got my Dad a birthday present: Badder Santa. Ok, I have to go to bed, but I just thought that I'd share that info.
PS-I love it when people are all "following an eating plan is stupid, it'll never get you anywhere." Idiots. This one's so easy. It mostly just common sense, with scientific facts thrown in, and helpful hints.
