Sweet Jesus, why me? (Again?) Turns out, that since one told me, I missed a crucial step in the immigration process, and it will now take between one or two years for me to become a permanent resident of Canada. No one told me that after I got my QC approval, I would to fill out this extra form. It's not on any of my paperwork!!!! Fucking hell. Another year + of waiting. I guess this means that I'll have to secure myself another degree and/or employment, which is another hassle, entirely. Fuck this. I guess I should've known. At least my mother shared my rage, we both cried, and Seb was, as usual, incredibly supportive and generally the best. Martin also assured me that I wasn't the biggest moron on earth, and I was grateful for that too. Thank God for them.
I'm a lot calmer than I ever thought that I'd be in this situation. Looking at the forms and what I have to do. Is it possible that I'm becoming a stronger person, better at dealing with adversity? Maybe... Now, I just have to not be such a godamn doormat with others. The fat happy idiot has left the building.
I went running for 45 minutes in this heat. I'm awesome. Fat be gone!
And, surprise surprise, I've got a killer headache, which isn't really surprising, as today was the sort of day which invites headaches.
At least I'm not a lardass, but I would like to eat something that's not peanut based. Just for kicks.

And you're amazing for running in this weather, I've been using it as an easy excuse to remain indoors at all times, doing the least amount of physical exercise
