Monday... hello SG.... Saw THOR finally in 3D... I really liked it!! The 3D wasn't AVATAR 3D... but it was done pretty good! The effects were done great! The story was well put together also, for a Comic to Movie adaption. I think The actors fit their rolls, and I would have to say the ONLY thing I DIDN'T like... was LOKI'S Armour... it was good but lacked that LOKI feeling to me. Natalie Portman looked really good in this movie, and I'm not a giant fan of hers. My favorite Natalie Portman anything was the Skit she did for SNL... that was great, not to mention she shaved her head which earned her a LOT of respect with me because in Hollywood a simple thing as a bad haircut can kill your popularity!! Kat Dennings was her cute self, full of sarcasm(which I love) and looking the part of her Poly-Sci Intern Character. I could go on and on... and I do more often than not, but I will just say if you are looking to go see a good movie... you should put THOR in your top choices!
Also on Friday... SMALLVILLE the SERIES FINALE... UGH.... 10 years of watching and waiting for Clark to put on the suit and fly... and we sure had to wait right up to the end for that!!! But whether you liked it or hated it... it was a proper close to a decade of waiting!! I'm hearing and reading about how they didn't have the other heroes in it, and they didn't show the right amount of "SUPER" time... remember people(if you didn't catch the more than subtle reminder when Chloe put the comic down...) this was the tale of SMALLVILLE and how the BOY/TEEN Clark Kent grew and developed to become the MAN that we all know and love in the blue tights and red cape! I agree with those that are thinking he could have been flying for awhile now... and I'm talking like at LEAST this whole last season. It was GREAT to see Michael Rosenbaum back as Lex Luthor. Would have been nice to see at least some kind of cameo or something for Lana and Pete, but you can't have everything! The writers over all did a great job with Smallville as a whole, and I'm personally sad to see it go! NOW... lets see something else worth watching.. involving... ohhhh I dunnooooooo..... BATMAN?!?! I hear the Wonder Woman series will never air now?! It didn't look too promising anyways so no loss there!! Goodbye to The V, The Event, Detroit 1-8-7, Better With You, Off the Map, No Ordinary Family, Mr. Sunshine, Outsourced, Brothers & Sisters, and Law & Order: LA.

heathen:
I haven't seen Thor yet, I'm an embarrassment to myself! Also... I totally trailed off on Smallville during like season 4ish
Series Finale? Wow I've missed out on a lot. Guess we know what series I'll be buying next
