I ask this here, because honestly, you are the people who understand.
I am in love with women. There is something about talking to a woman that I connect with that is special. I find my trouble in life. If I meet someone that is cool, just like if I me a guy, it feels like they think I'm going for sex. I live a different life. Sex is the least of my problems.
My question is, how do I Express this in a real world application? I mean, yeah, your cool, but that doesn't mean I am trying to sleep with you. Also, it doesn't mean I'm not interested either.
Now I'm wondering if this is something that you lovely ladies go through every day!? Is it always this hard with members of the opposite sex?

Intimate questions have always been one of the most difficult and at the same time one of the most beautiful phenomenon :) Unfortunately (or not?), we are in our own way dependent on third-party perception. And just as there is no 100% guarantee we won't be perceived as “sex-wanting” during communication, there is also no 100% guarantee that our more direct appeal like“I am interested in you, but this does not mean that I want sex with you" will be perceived sincerely, too; moreover, there are cases when it may get side effects like resentment, misconception, etc... After all, there are exceptions when we haven't planned intimate relationships with a person, but they either happen or this person expects them :) Oh, sorry, this is all eternal rhetoric, one can walk around the bush for a long time. One of the easiest answers to your question is to seek mutual understanding from the both sides. And...IMHO, different patterns of behavior and manners of speech can say a lot for a person. Even today, taking into account today's trend towards resentment and exaggeration.

@aonbheannach yes this is a circular question/conversation....... I did take note to the last part of your statement. One thing i know i do, but can't explain why. I change the tone of my voice when i talk to a lady. Doesn't matter who or in any circumstance. It just happens. I automatically soften my voice. I can't explain this phenomenon, nor can I stop it. It's curious how your mind takes control at times.
