A little background about my self. I am half Norwegian. My grandparents on my mother's side are from Norway. I was adopted at a young age and never got a chance to learn about Norse culture. Oddly, I've gravitated to it ever since I can remember and have always had the wanderlust. My adopted mother came from Germany when she was a child and taught me old world values. I am truly grateful for that. I love to travel and meet new cultures and ways of life. It is amazing how people live in other areas. What they consider "life's priority" versus where I live. One day, I will travel to Norway and explore the country. For now, I have children to raise and teach how to be a good person, so that will have to wait. What are your thoughts on heritage? Do you feel a pull to go explore the culture you came from?
