I think my favorite charities are charities where you can actually offer your help more than money. Throughout my years in college I did charity work for Mickey's camp. I volunteered to be a big sister to a little girl who's father recently passed away (ironically because my daughters father passed away later in life).

I also highly recommend charities that go to wildlife rehabilitation and animal conservation!
