Well i'm not much for blogging but here goes; my second weekend of sobriety and it feels good. Tired of all the wasted days not remembering shit and being worn out. Back lifting pretty heavy, i hope to break 400 lbs by summer, its looking pretty good so far if my damn left elbow holds up. Lost 10 lbs so far since the beginning of November, Thanksgiving notwithstanding. My target weight goal is 180 by my birthday, the end of January/ first of Feb. At 194 now so it is achievable. We'll see how it goes. hopefully my Burger King fetish doesnt sabotage it.
