So about ten weeks ago I got rear ended and had to drop off the bike with BMW for repairs. They had to order a new fender in from Germany and it took FOREVER. Now I've had a lot of good experiences at other dealers, but the one I'm still currently dealing with is ridiculous. I'll save you the long list and give you the highlights. They got in the wrong turn signal, so they had to install it upside down, bear in mind that they ordered this stuff weeks ago and it's just been sittting in the shop waiting for the fender to arrive and they only realized the day I came to pick it up that it was the wrong one. And second, they scratched the fucking fender. The item that took weeks to get, and they couldn't install it without scratching it. But at least I got my bike back so I'm back on two wheels!
