I picked up a bunch of wooden beads to make a set of elder futhark runes. These are tiger ebony beads approximately 16mm across. Each day I will carve one rune and contemplate its meaning so in about a month the set will be complete.

This is fehu. It means cattle and is a tune for new beginnings, power, and wealth. It's actually quite a bit deeper than that but Im tapping this up on a cell phone. Sorry guys! If you want to learn more about magic in runes have a look at Futhark by Edred Thorsson
