What a great weekend. Earlier last week I took my wifes' wedding ring in to get fixed. As our relationship was starting to really fall apart the diamond in her ring fell out and got lost. We couldn't even remember how long ago it happened. The jeweler called me Friday on my way home from work, so I put my plan into motion. I called my mom and made arrangements for the kids, found the perfect resturaunt and didin't breathe a word to her. The next morning(Saturday) I told her that the kids were going to spend the night at my moms. I told her to go shopping and buy herself a new dress because I wanted to take her out to a nice place, since we didin't get to go out for our B-days. We ate at Viva Madrid in Claremont, it's a Tapas resturaunt we enjoyed alot of the fine Tapas and right after dessert I slid the ring box across the table, I told her how much she meant to me and how I have been wanting to do this for so long. She was completely blown away. It felt so good to do something for her like that, she has always been on my side even when I thought I was all alone.
