OMG I am so full. I just had this amazing pan seared Tuna. The texture on that was just mind blowing. Think Sushi, but less slimy. Oh so good.
I wish you all could have seen the look on my poor brother's face when I convinced him to try it ( I really did think he might like it). He looked like someone just told him he was eating rotten human flesh. He declared that it tasted like cat food smelled. Oh, I felt so bad for him.

I just realized I don't really have an end to this story... so, yeah.
