A tiny blog before the Nyquil takes me.

So I seemed to have caught a tiny cold...yay! But fear not I am downing tea and such as if it is going out of style. Since I have to be ready for work on Tuesday. So far i've had a very lazy sunday. I am also kind of sad theres no Walking Dead...sigh at least theres still Once Upon a Time.

So I made SG hopeful instagram, since I have tons of family on my other one. You can follow me at either if you like. My normal one is Lov3Revolution. And my hopeful one is chibi_suicide_hopeful . Both I will update as much as possible. As well as keep up on here.

Also I plan to step up my diet and work out plan. I wanted to shoot my first set at a smaller weight cause granted I am so far from a size two. But i figured if i dont shoot it now I may push it off. And push it off and never actually bite the bullet and do it. So i did. So for now I guess my sets will be like a road map of my progress. And hopefully by the NY shootfest I will be smaller.

One of the things that I have found to help a lot in both sexes in weightlifting. Walking is a great first step! Don't try to overdo it too quick but don't forget to push yourself to keep things interesting. If you get bored it becomes way to easy to relax and eventually not workout at all. The three most important things to fitness are Strength, Cardio and then Flexibility. Women don't build muscle like men do. They tone up while we bulk up. Keep walking, add some strength training (lightly!) and make sure to stretch everyday. Stick with it, push yourself and eventually you will lose that weight. You might not be the size that you want but being healthier is a greater reward.
