Have you ever wondered why yoghurt soothes thrush?
Well... let me tell you a story.
Yoghurt was originally made by combining a naturaly occuring yeast from the vagina and milk. This was left to grow at a warm temperature till it goes thick and basically tastes like creamy vagina.
Thrush is a BAD yeast who has taken over the natural yeast and makes an inballanced environment. If we add yoghurt back into this environment it will help to bring the levels of good yeast back into ballance therefore curing the infection and soothing.
For those of you that are disgusted at the thought of having a dollop of vagina on your cereal i will console you with this piece of information. The commonly used acidophilis yoghurt is actually a yeast enzyme from the cows stomach that is added to the milk, there are only really some varieties of organic yoghurt that still use vagina.
Now does this make you wonder if the calves that are still being milk fed turn their milk into yoghurt in their stomachs before they digest it?
I wonder.
