The meal before the dessert is, no kidding, goat's head soup... actual goat's head soup (from Namibia, according to the site I got it from).
The album Goat's Head Soup isn't exactly Valens/Holly rock, but "Winter" and "Angie" are pretty songs, anyway.

I'm flexible, though; only hold the Super Bowl scared if it seems like a really equal game (and I think the Patriots are far more disciplined and well-integrated as a team than any other team in the last several decades).
