Sorry...long time no update...I hope this one won't be as long as the last.
I hooked up my roomate with my man's best friend...also the lead singer from my man's band mentioned in my last entry....the photography..the light sculptures...anyway........they are totally smitten!!!!!!!! He was kind of seeing this other (horse-looking) girl, and she is sooo gone, and Cara is soooo in. Like, they seriously hit it off. It's so fucking awesome! First time I met him, I said to myself, wow Cara'd be awesome with him, and then 3 months down the road, they are!!!!! I've never seen two people more perfect for each other and that makes me truly happy. As well as shit was going between me and Rob, this makes it even better. She and I have delt with some shitty-ass dudes from Blacksburg...we move to Richmond, and find the two best guys here! SERIOUSLY! I've never had my roomate/best friend date a guy thats best friends with the guy I'm dating! It's soo rad, we all get to hang out together all the time now! It's so weird how right it is...Rob's 6 years older than me, Heath's 6 years older than her. Rob & my anniversary is today (3 months baby whoooo!!! that's HUGE for me), theirs started yesterday (their first date went off with out a hitch!). Sorry for all the gushing....we've been jumping up and down and screaming like little girls all day about it.
And
We get be foster parents for two wonderful little kitties!!!! Tryst and her roomate got evicted (
), and her roomate needs some one to watch her babies for a few weeks until they can move into their place. Go give Tryst a hug....or some money. 
But it'll be cool, we need more cats here...we found two mice this week!. They're out on the back porch hangin' out together. I want to see how many we can get collected there before this problem is taken care of.
And
I met the director of friggin' Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory today!!!!! How random is that?
Richmond is having a film festival all weekend, and Plan 9 is sponsoring a viewing of this film 'Wattstax'; it was a sort of soul-woodstock. Anyway, the director (Mel Stuart) and another guy came in looking for the soundtrack, and asked me for help, and of course I was like, oh, it's right here, I know exactly where it is, and the guy was like, well, this is the director, and he did Willy Wonka. I was like HOLY SHIT!!!! I can't believe I'm shaking the hand of the man that made probably the first psychedelic movie I ever saw! I was like, you scared the crap out of me with that movie when I was a kid, but I love it now! He was like, that was the point. I wanted to make you kids behave. I said, you did, and you made me not ever want to eat candy!! Then we went on to discuss Tim Burton and Johnny Depp and how he thinks Johnny is too young to play Willy because Willy is supposed to be a father figure, but he wishes them the best, though he knows Burton can never out do him! He was the coolest old guy I think I've ever met in my life.
What a wacky day, roomate doesn't come home last night....dead mice...famous directors....I think I may have to go play the lottery or something!

omg... i felt so bad the other day i almost went home with some poor little kids kitten. i was out side playing with a stray cat on my way home from work and from no where this cute little black cat with all white paws juss appears and starts hopping all over me... well i pick it up and im holding it and i stand there for a while expecting someone to show up claiming it was theres and no one did so i start walking away and this little kid comes out of no where too and is like "hey thats my cat.. .give it back or imma tell my mommy"....
lol i felt so bad. i wasnt trying to steal his kitty.... lol. i felt so horrible. well at least he came to get it otherwise id have to look at little missing posters of the cat that i took. lol.
