Hey all it's been a pretty long minute since I updated but here goes...

This past Sat. I tried out for a new Arena League football team and I had a pretty good tryout. I had to stop coaching the other team I was on so I could make the most of the oppurtunity that has been put in front of me. Next week I start working with Jon Lewis (for those of you who care that is Jamal Lewis's brother). I have been in the gym twice as much as I was before also I will start speed and agility training soon....

Quick change of subject anybody that is going to the Dragon Con down here in Atlanta should let me know. I will be there with a friend as they are holding a demo for Amtgaurd.

I also found out my right hip is like 1 1/2 inches higher then the other which is why my tailbone has been hurting. I also have degeneration in my L6 and L5 there is some damage in my C2 oh yeah where there is suppose to be a curve in my neck it's straight so my back needs some work. Fun fun fun.
