This year has been a bit quieter for me as I’ve been trying to save money to get bits done. But let see first half of the year I spent time recovering from injury doing fitness for the RAF. I also began my application to rejoin as a regular serviceman rather than the reservist I currently am. I got my fitness sorted and passed my test to join in December which is good just a final medical then hopefully good to go. I have helped out on several charity events based around my hobbies. Including one for the UK based charity CALM a charity helping to prevent male suicide which has been on the increase again especially in military and ex military. This event a full 40 hours of nonstop warhammer 40k or as they called it 40 hours of 40k raised about the £5000 mark including an auction of a fully painted army by my friend who is a pro painter. Later a just for laughs tournament raised £2000 split between helping pay for one of the attendees daughters treatment for cancer and cancer research uk. He didn’t realise that money we donated was going towards helping him till the last minute. On a more relaxed note started a DND campaign. I have started writing a book and have also written a Vampire the Masquerade chronicle which I hope to run in new year. Fell in love with a twitch show called La By Night a vampire story. Some really really good players all which maybe known for voice acting in games and smaller films including Mark Meer whom voices the male protagonist of the first three mass effect games.
