Friday the 13th always makes me wish I were superstitious. I don't know... I just think maybe it would make the day more interesting or mysterious. There's nothing mysterious about today. Although it is PAYDAY and I don't have to work again until 1:30pm Monday afternoon.

Holy shit! I might actually NOT work 40 hours this week! That's the first time that's happened all year... I've just been exhausted lately. I need some good rest.

It's fucking crazy ass cold here in Minnesota and I can't wait for it to get to next week. It's supposed to get to 40 degrees by next week (which is fuck'n t-shirt and shorts weather compared to the past month!) I'm finally kicking that cold I've had and looking forward to the weekend as usual.

THis past weekend was the longest weekend I've experienced in ages...
My three month old son got a cold and gave it to everyone. I haven't gone anywhere since Friday night (except work) and the most exciting part of my weekend was doing laundry and missing the Pro Bowl.
Oh well, I'm getting better. Slowly, but surely.

So, I found out my best friend has a tape worm?!? It's crazy 'cause he's been vegan for about ten years which is crazy because the odds of getting a tape worm when you DO eat meat is already insanely slim!

I got Lush today from my beautiful love! (Karma Soap is my favorite). I haven't had any good fancy soap since the last time I went to Georgetown a couple of years ago... I'm smelling yummy for good while now, as opposed to the wonderful grease-oily smell I get from driving my fancy truck around all day...

My day:
+ van started in sub zero weather.
- late to work again
+ Remembered to bring breakfast (Amy's breakfast burrito)
- Froze my ass off for twenty minutes driving to work
+ Got four free tickets to see the Timberwolves play at Target Center tonight.

... and I think I'll end my day with that positive note. It'll be a fun night...
