ok...on to your regularly scheduled update.

i made cheese! real actual cheese!
like...i took milk...did stuff with it...and walla! cheese occured.

it looks like this:

altho mine isn't in cubes, it looks kinda like crumbled feta

i also made some honey-glazed chicken breasts and some spaghetti squash...mainly cuz i'd never made it before and i felt like exploring some new culinary ground this weekend

i made friggin cheese! outta friggin milk! HA!

i dunno why that excites me so much, really.
