whee! so, i spent a couple hours today out at my buddy joe's studio in brooklyn international cork transferring some drum tracks from our first album offa the 2inch tape we recorded it on. it was kind wierd hearing george's drums without any other instruments playing now that he's been gone almost a year. it wasn't as hard as i thought it was gonna be, and honestly it was rather cool being able to hear his voice doing the count-ins and stuff. we're gonna put the count-ins on the album and maybe pore through it for some of the other stuff with him talking and maybe collect it all into one track and give it to his parents...depends on how much it's gonna cost. i think it'd be a nice thing to do for them. it's tough on all of us, we all loved him but i can't even imagine what his parents have been going through
