Long week, arggg! Still homesick, I really enjoy making a difference but I am having trouble understanding the locals here, not only do they not speek english but the culture is so forgine, I just don't get it.

We are now going on patrols which are scary as we are lightly armed and interacting with the locals (hearts and minds crap) I worked for three hours at one house where everyone was suffering verious problems due to lack of good food and general cleanliness.

Yes I am a corpsman (medic) and I am armed so say ahhhhhh!
