Wow that was a busy week...
I handed in my finished report on Tuesday, then did an algorithms assignment that was due wednesday then did an assignment and lab in computer architecture and organization II on thursday and friday.
Saturday morning we skipped the market to go to the pet store, I got another clown loach to replace the one that died
and then got a tiny little black angel fish who seems to be doing alright. Also got a new plant. I think my krib is a little too aggressive though, she's picking on the blue ram a lot... little bitch!
Synnove and I went to my friend (and former boss)'s house for some kayaking and relaxing on saturday afternoon. We were the ring toss champs (Synnove can really throw 'em) and then ate some burgers on the bbq. I wanted to get out there to score some points as there's a position opening up where he works and I'd like to get in there
I spent the day Sunday cursing the blue jays and studying for my midterms. Wrote 2 midterms on monday in the classes mentioned above. Algorithms was tricky and the other one went pretty well, just some assembly programming and memory architecture crap.
I presented my senior report today and my effin advisor wasn't even there! I got marked by 3 other profs instead... they didn't ask very hard questions which is a good thing i guess.
trucksandtrains is down for a few days, he's staying at inrainandregret's place. Always good to see friends. I wish I had some more time to do stuff though.
I think we're going to Synnove's parents place on friday for her dad's bday, should be fun! Then on saturday I think I'm going to Grand Lake to visit with a friend and maybe do some swimming/fishing.
That's about it... I've got some halibut out for tonight, going to see what I can do with this stuff. I don't think I'll be able to top the shish kabob that I made last week. Synnove loved it! I'm glad she likes my cooking
I can't wait til we move into our new place together! ♥
