Not too much to report!..... Check out some more houses and I still like the one with 4 bedrooms! (Enough room for everyone....hint,hint to you know who!)..... Hung out with my lil peeps smile ... Just trying to get the house ready, so we can sell it!...... Boring,Boring and more boring stuff!

yeah i was fortunate. i moved very quickly. decided to buy one sat. looked online monday. saw houses on tuesday. made an offer wednesday. it was accepted thursday. i signed my mortgage. and now my inspection is tomorrow.. and its rad.
