ahhhh, saturday...i was gonna go in2 work today but i may just do it all tomorrow...sometimes it's just easier to do catch up on the weekends with no email or phone interruption...i got a partial review yesterday, with a raise and a grade level bump! ...my boss gave me the bare details and said we'd discuss the actual review monday. he also said i should "think about it" over the weekend and that i should consider myself "lucky"...see, last year i fucked up...too much time spent IMing, TMing and being on SG, plus i messed up some work where before that, i had a 100% accuracy rate then i went out of town during a very busy time for us (to be honest, my head was so fuckd that if i hadn't gone out of town for a few days, my quality of work would have been even worse and i probably would have gotten fired)...so he talked to me and i've done my best to turn things around but i didn't expect to get a good review...as it turns out, i was only 1 of 2 people in our department to get an "exceeds expectations"...i'm curious to see "why" on monday because i was expecting to get like, maybe "meets expectations"...anyway, i'm sure that's more than any of you wanted to know! hahaha...

gonna go to a BBQ tonight and let lose....y'all got any big plans???
