Right now, medically, i'm on a diet. So here's something i found to be extremely interesting.
The calories that i have eaten TOTAL for today is caloric equivilant of a mcdonalds crispy ranch snack wrap and a large fry. The calories i've eaten in the past 2 days is the same as me eating the sierra turkey sandwich and a grilled chicken salad at panera.
But the net calories i've burned equals eating 12 chicken wings as an appetizer and the fiesta lime chicken as the meal at applebees.
Mind you, this is me eating 6 meals a day
I feel pretty fucking good about that
