Ok here is my story
The attic at my new house is hot. Really hot you know the kind of hot where your underwear rides up.anyway, it hot. So I thought I would install vents and a fan. No big deal right???
I cut the front grass real quick. Then jumped up on the roof and cut the hole. It is pretty steep. So I had my boots on for safety. I am working at an angle then slippy slip slip. My feet go fluttering like butterfly wings. I go flying down the roof and I catch myself at the bottom just shy of falling 15 feet. This happens once, twice, yep three times. I was laughing so hard. I am sure the neighbors were looking at me with night vision goggles on like the movie Burbs. Saying WTF?
So I finished that yesterday.
Now today, I had to install the vent on the back of the house. Cut the hole. Get the ladder and put it up. Man too short. I look around. Got nothing. Then.Light bulb.
I open the gates and drove the Jeep into the back yard. Down a steep hill and then around to the other side. A three point turn through two small trees along with a little bit of dirt throwing I make it to the top. I am trying to get close. Boom hit the house! Woops! Little crack, I can fix it. Jeeps secure I put the ladder on the bumper. Yep still to short.
So I grabbed the chainsaw cut down on of the small trees (what? It was in the way) Backed down the hill and then back up. I LOVE 4 wheel low.
Now I have to go to Homo Depot tomorrow and buy a bigger ladder.
That is my story. All of this without any frosty brews.
And some people go out to a party or something. YIPPIE!!
