So the people who live downstairs have a 5 year old who had a birthday yesterday. He wanted a birthday cake that looked like a gingerbread house because he is more interested in christmas and santa than his birthday. So here is the cake I made step by step. It is white and chocolate cake. Chocolate mousse filling. The shingles are ginger snaps and the rest is a lot of frosting and candy.
