Thanks for everyone's love and support. It really helps, especially when I don't know anyone where I am at.
Here's the plan in a nutshell....
My stepdad will be in New York in a month to visit his dad for Father's Day. On the way back, he is going to swing by Ohio and pick me up with all my stuff and my babies.
Once I get to Texas, I will stay with my dad and stepmom till I save enough to get my own place. The kitties can stay there, too.
My sister is going to babysit my dog.
So, my mom said to me, "Lis, you may not get another offer like this for a while. Bill will already be up your way, so if you think you really want to go, than take this offer."
I think it's a good idea. I look forward to being in my own element again, around people who give a damn.
