Hey folks, I need some help.
I ordered a cowboy hat from www.petergrimm.co.uk in APRIL!!! of last year, and I still haven't got it yet.
The money was taken out of my account via PayPal, so it's not cos I haven't paid for it.
They told me (a month after I started getting pissed off, that's about a month and a half after I ordered it) that it wasn't sent yet because they didn't have it in stock, and I said I'd be happy to wait.
Well, I've waited this long, and now any emails I send to the sales desk at the site (www.petergrimm.co.uk) get sent back because shock, horror, the UK site no longer exists!
I've emailed the U.S. site about it, and I haven't got anything back yet (presumably because they're not awake yet).
Any ideas?

So don't wait. Make sure you get a hard and fast answer from the site. Even if it's from the us site. Make sure they GUARANTEE you your order, and if you're not satisfied, DEMAND your moeny back.
I hope you get it sorted, it's very frustrating.
