Seeing the Dresden Dolls was beyond amazing. Amanda and Brian are incredible live-I love the cd but I had no idea how good their performance last night would be.

Their cover of "Port of Amsterdam" by Brell was stunning. They performed "Delilah" as well and that song just resonates. It was beautiful. I can't say enough about Brian's vaudeville-esque stage antics and how well Amanda keeps audience attention from behind a keyboard.

Meeting both of them and seeing that they felt good about their performance and the show in general also helped to make the night better. Being hit upon by nearly all of the club staff when I was waiting to leave was the only real downside but it was more amusing than annoying really. boys = Not all boys mind you but being hit on by boys is pretty much

This morning was dreamy as well. I really really like getting to sleep a little late and be a kitty. I smile to think about it.

Yep. I am happy. My thesis keeps steadily growing. Soon I will be finished and I can change things and choose things and do things I enjoy. I love free will. I think my free will is my belated valentine.
