Working out is good for me. I am soooo weak but getting better. I am up to 25 pounds on the military press(arms and shoulders), 50 pounds on the oblique ab machine, and 60 pounds on the crunch machine. I jogged again today on the treadmill without getting a stitch in my side.
I may not be be buff but refuse to be a weakling!
