I started doing this 12-week plan I found in Outside magazine. It's geared for a triathlon, but I replaced the swimming practice with running... Days like today are shorter, where I'll just run 3 miles and do a quick core workout. Days like yesterday are the long ones, where I do 60 minutes on the bike and then hit the weights for another hour.

Dude seriously, the On Demand is so super rad. In the free movies section Fear.net has about 20 different movies right now AND! there's a special zombie section. I just finished watching Fido.
I rented it a few months ago and never got around to watching it. It's so fucking funny. I think I may watch Night of the Creeps later. I haven't seen it since I was like, 12 or something.
